What is included in the rent?

Corporate Housing rental rates include:

  • A fully furnished apartment including home-wares, linen and consumables. E.g. start-up cleaning pack
  • All utility costs and telephone connection and line rental with free local calls
  • A 24/7 Customer Care telephone number to ensure rapid response to service requests that may arise during the stay.

What is included in our Adelaide Corporate Apartments?

  • Your apartment includes everything necessary for a comfortable stay including high quality furnishings and appliances, flat screen TV, DVD player, linen, towels, fully equipped laundry and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and stove.

What is the minimum length of stay in your Adelaide apartments?

  • Corporate Housing Executive apartments have a minimum stay of 28 days.

How many people does each corporate apartment sleep?

  • Maximum 2 persons per bedroom.
  • Same apartment rate regardless of number of occupants.

Is car parking available?

  • Secure undercover onsite car parking is available at selected apartments in Adelaide.

Are additional items of furniture available for rent?

  • Yes, we can provide additional furniture such as a portacot & fold-away beds, home office etc. Please advise our client services team when booking your apartment.

Can I have my apartment cleaned on a regular basis?

  • Yes, we can provide you with housecleaning service upon request. We can arrange this on a weekly/fortnightly frequency or an ad-hoc service also.

Do your executive apartments have cable television?

  • Yes, Foxtel Television is available in most apartments. Please contact us for more information on pricing and plans.

Do your apartments have broadband internet?

  • Yes, Corporate Housing can provide a wireless broadband service in all apartments.

Check In/Out Information
How do I check into my Adelaide apartment?

  • A Corporate Housing consultant will meet you on site to show you through your apartment hand over keys and answer any questions you may have.
  • We are able to meet guests at their apartment 24 hours a day.
    Please note we also provide a chauffeur service from the airport to your apartment for a fee. You will be met by a Corporate Housing consultant upon arrival at your apartment.

What is the check in/out time?

  • Check-in can occur 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 4pm . Check-out is 10am

How do I make a reservation?

To book any of our fully furnished apartments in Adelaide you can either:

  • Complete our online booking request form and a staff member will respond shortly.

Is a deposit required?

  • Yes, a two week security deposit is payable, refunded 7-10 working days after guest departure. 

When do you require payment?

  • Payment of security deposit and the first 28 nights rent is required in advanced.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Major credit cards are accepted including; MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Card. Note that there may be an additional charge for some cards. EFT available.

Are there any other charges?

  • There is an ‘Exit Clean’ charge and a cap on the usage of utilities and telephone calls to allow for fair usage – currently $5 per day for utilities.

Are pets welcome?

  • Pets are not allowed in any of our apartments.

We, Corporate Housing Pty Ltd, created the corporate housing concept in Melbourne in 1999, having observed its growth in the United States.

We provide fully furnished and equipped accommodation in Melbourne in normal residential buildings for business travelers for the first time. With prices typically 40% below serviced apartments our growth was rapid.

As the creators of the corporate housing industry in Australia, we now have our imitators, but our 10 years building the corporate housing industry provides you with the experience you can trust to receive an outstanding service for valued employees and contractors on assignments and projects. You need your people productively employed not distracted by unsatisfactory accommodation solutions.

Of course it’s not just about cost saving on your accommodation budget, welcome though that is.
